2 lbs beef
12 sprigs of coriander or parsley
1 green lemon (lime zest)
5 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon sugar
nuoc mam sauce (Fish sauce)
5 green peppers
2 chopped long red peppers


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 338 ° F (thermostat 5-6) then bake the beef for 45 minutes, cooking rare.
