4 fish fillets

8 small squids

4 fresh tomatoes

3 plantins

4 red beets

1 lemon


2 cucumbers

1 chili pepper

1 green pepper

4 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 hot pepper

Cilantro (bunch)


1/4 vegetable oil 


Step 1

Mix the green pepper, garlic, chili pepper and cilantro together then pour the mixture into a salad bowl then add pepper and salt

Step 2

Cut the lemon in half, squeeze one half in the marinade and preserved the other half to detocorate the dish at the end.

Step 3

Take one half of the mixture to marinate the fish and the other half to marinate the squids.

Let the marinade rest for 15 minutes or more (according to your taste)

Step 4

Put 1/4 cup of vegetable oil in the frying pan and fry the plantins or if you have a deep fryer it is even better.

Step 5

After you fry the plantins, fry the fish first and then the squids

Step 6

Use the vegetable oil with which you fried the fish and saute the cucumbers, broccoli, tomatoes,

green and red peppers. Add black pepper and salt.

Step 7

Boil the red beets separately to avoid coloring the other vegetables. 

Serve hot and enjoy your meal
