Ingredients 


4 chicken legs


1 onion cut into slices


2 chopped garlic cloves


2 tomatoes peeled, seeded and diced


1 teaspoon of paprika


1 teaspoon of 4 spices mixture


1 teaspoon of cinnamon


1 teaspoon of cumin


1 teaspoon saffron


1/2 teaspoon of ginger


1 small box of chickpeas


1 boiling water with 2 gold cubes


1 lemon peeled and cut into big slices


3 tablespoons of honey


100 g raisins


Pepper and a little tabasco sauce


Salt 


Directions 


Step 1


In a bowl mix the spices and garlic cloves.


Step 2


In another bowl mix the diced tomatoes, lemon and honey.


Step 3


Remove the skin from the chicken and brown it in a hot frying pan with a little olive oil.


Step 4


When the chicken is golden, remove it from the pan and put onion on the pan (if necessary add a little olive oil).


Step 5


As soon as the onions start to turn golden, add the chicken legs, then the mixture of spices, the mixture tomatoes, lemon and honey and cover the whole with chicken broth.


Step 6


Then add the raisins and chickpeas, season with salt and pepper and add some tabasco sauce.


Step 7


As soon as it boils, lower the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes.
