Ingredients


100 g chicken fillets


1 medium onion


5 leeks (green part)


2 eggs


1 glass of round rice


2 teaspoons of sugar


2 tablespoons soy sauce


1/2 teaspoon dashi (or fish broth powder)


Directions


Step 1


Cook the rice in a frying pan, wetting it gradually with 2 glasses of water, and stirring often. It must be slightly sticky.


2nd step


Peel and cut onion into 2, then into 5 mm wide pieces.


Step 3


Cut the leek into small pieces.


Step 4


Pour 1/4 cup of water into a pan with broth, then heatit up.


Step 5


Add half of the onion and leek, and as soon as they are a little softened, add half the chicken, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.


Step 6


Break an egg into a small bowl and mix. When the meat has changed color, pour the egg around the bowl and cover.


Step 7


When it is fully cooked, turn off the heat and cover the food up a few minutes.


Step 8


Serve half of the rice in a large bowl and spread the sauce on top.
