2 chicken breast,

1 1/2 cups of rice,

1 green onion branch,

2 tablespoons curry,

4 Turkish sausage,

1 pound shrimp,

1 pile of coriande,

1 green pepper,

4 garlic clove,

1 teaspoon of ginger powder,

1 tbsp pepper soup

1/2 lemon,

3/4 cup (180 ml) vegetable oil

1  chili pepper


Step 1

Wash the chicken and cut them in small pieces. then clean the shrimp.

 Step 2

Mix half of the garlic, half of the green pepper, half the of coriander, half of the green onion and half of the hot pepper. Then pour the mixture into a bowl. Take some of the mixture and add pepper, ginger and salt and pour over the chicken cutlets and add lemon. Let stand for 20 minutes. The other part of the mixture serves to marinate shrimp. Salt and pepper and lemon are added.

Step 3

Put vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets first and then the shrimp.

Step 4

Take the rest of the mixture and saute with oil and add 2 tablespoons of curry until it is brown and put 1/2 liter of water. Then mix the rest of the pot. Take the garlic, coriande, chilli, green ognon, and green pepper and put them in the pot and let simmer for 30 minutes after adding the shrimp and sausage and let simmer for 20 minutes.

Finally wash the rice and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. Take the rice out of the microwave and put it in the pot and lower the fire.
