2 fish,

2 carrots,

1/2 cabbages,

1 eggplant,

4 garlic cloves

1 packet of okra,

2 hot pepper,

1 green bell pepper,

1 bunch of parsley,

1 ognon,

1 lemon,

1 slice of magnoc,

2 teaspoons of ground pepper,

1 bunch of spinach

5 fresh tomatoes,

1/2 cup of vegetabe oil

1 kilo and a half of rice,

salt according to your will.

Nb: Concerning the vegetables you can add turnip, squash and sweet potato if you have some.


Step 1: Clean the fish and cut it into 3 parts each or according to your convenience. Then peel the vegetables

Step 2: Mix the parsley plus garlic, 1 hot pepper, 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper, a pinch of salt and pour it all into a bowl. Then make small holes on the fish and put the mixture into each holes.

Step 3: Put 1/2 cup pf vegetable oil in a pot and fry the fish halfway. Then crush the tomatoes and sauté with the oil, let it simmer until it is golden and add 1 liter and a half of water. Then put the vegetables. When it starts to boil, mix the green bell pepper plus garlic, onion and pum and add a teaspoon of pepper and put the mixture in the sauce.

Step 4: After 30 minutes of cooking, if the vegetables are half cooked, immerse the fish in the sauce and simmer for 30 minutes. Then remove the vegetables and fish from the sauces.

Step 5: Wash your rice and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes. Then dip the rice in the sauce and cook on a low heat. Serve warm
