Ingredients


400 g bag of rice


4 chicken wings


4 chicken drumsticks


250 g shelled seafood, frozen (squid, mussels, shrimps, clams ...)


2 onions


4 cloves of garlic


1 red pepper


For the paella spice mix:


Paprika


Curry


Saffron


1 tablespoon of tomato paste


Bouillon cube


2 tablespoons of olive oil


Pepper


Salt


Directions


Step 1


Cook the rice in boiling water with 1 bouillon cube or chicken broth for about 10 minutes. Drain it and set aside.


Step 2


Cook the chicken in hot olive oil, with 1 of the 2 onions and the crushed garlic; add salt and pepper.


Step 3


Cut the pepper into thin slices. In the paella pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the pepper slices.


Step 4


Add the second sliced ‚Äč‚Äčonion, the drained seafood, and let it cook.


Step 5


Add 2 teaspoons of paella spice mixture and chicken.


Step 6


Let it cook at low heat until the food has a nice red-orange color.


Step 7


At low heat, mix the rice in and let it cook.
